About Our Scattered Sites
The Authority’s Scattered Sites consist of fifty duplex style units located in small groupings throughout the city of Hagerstown.
The following chart shows the number of units at Scattered Sites per bedroom size.

Amenities include rear sliding patio doors, attached locking storage facilities, decorative shrubberies, individual front and back yards, and ample on-street parking. Some locations also feature off-street parking lots.
The Scattered sites are located in the 200 block East Avenue, 100 block East Franklin Street, 400 block Freemont Street, 400 block Mitchell Avenue, 400 block North Jonathan Street, 30 block Wakefield road, and 400 block Clarendon Avenue.
