Blood Pressure Checks- C.W. Brooks

Starting Thursday, June 9th in collaboration with Meritus Community Health Education & Outreach we will be providing Blood Pressure Checks & Diabetes Prevention Program Screenings. These screenings will continue every month on the 2nd Thursday in each building’s Community Room.
